My go-to when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to spend a lot of time preparing a meal is frozen pizza. Mike (My roommate) and I always have some in the freezer. We used to buy DiGiorno pizza at $7 per pizza, which isn’t too expensive, but I found a hack that is $2.50 per pizza and you can get exactly the toppings I want.

Costco’s Kirkland frozen pizza is the best thing going. For $10, you get 4 frozen cheese pizzas, just $2.50 each – making dinner just $1.25 for dinner per person.

The cheese pizza itself is perfectly adequate, but what I really love about this pizza is being able to add the toppings that I want depending on my mood. Tonight, we were in the mood for caramelized onions. Making the caramelized onions was incredibly easy and turns this pizza from an okay meal into something really yummy and delicious in just 10 minutes.
